Article 1: Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms are used in the following meaning, unless expressly stated otherwise.
QKB Solutions: the contractor.
Client: the counterparty of QKB Solutions.

Article 2: Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between QKB Solutions and a Client to which QKB Solutions has declared these terms applicable, insofar as the parties have not expressly deviated from these terms in writing.

Article 3: Quotations and Offers

All quotations and offers from QKB Solutions are without obligation, unless a period for acceptance is stated in the quotation. Quotations and offers do not automatically apply to future assignments.

Article 4: Performance of the Agreement

QKB Solutions will perform the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship. Any lead times are to be regarded as indicative, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Article 5: Payment and Collection Costs

Payment must always be made within 14 days of the invoice date. If the Client fails to pay an invoice on time, the Client is in default by operation of law.

Article 6: Liability

If QKB Solutions should be liable, such liability is limited to what is regulated in this provision. QKB Solutions is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, arising because incorrect and/or incomplete data provided by or on behalf of the Client was relied upon.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Disputes

Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships to which QKB Solutions is a party.
